Winter storage according to the needs of your Yacht
We offer you a winter storage solution for your yacht in a joint effort with real estate company Helsingin Argonautica Ky. From different options including indoor and outdoor storage. You may choose from a variety of indoor storage from warm to cold indoor storage or even cold indoor storage with controlled humidity. We also offer outdoor storage for your yacht with the traditional covers. All our winter storage options are either purchased spots or rental spots. The yearly storage periods are typically from 1st of September to 30th of May.
Indoor storage is the best way to maintain your yacht in shape and to prepare for the new season in time. Small works are easily done by you or the professionals.

Warm indoor storage
Our warm indoor hall is suitable for active yacht owners, who takes care of his yacht actively during the winter months. It is easy to do small maintenance works by yourself and organize bigger projects with professionals.
Sheltered indoor storage
Sheltered indoor storage is the most economic option and the best option when you want to save yourself from the hard and constant maintenance required from outdoor boat storage. Open air but sheltered indoor storage is in the building beside our boat reparation hall.
Cold indoor storage with air dryer
Our air dried cold indoor storages PR7 and PR6 are located at the eastern end of dock yard, next to the helicopter hanger. Your boat remains dry and clean inside the closed halls, safe from dirt and soot. In the winter months, the temperature goes below zero, so it is important to prepare your boat as you would normally prepare it for outdoor storage. The storage hall is equipped with translucent roof which makes it very bright and it warms up well in the spring sun thus allowing convenient spring servicing. Air dried cold indoor storage is also suitable for wooden boats, which require cold and reasonably humid climate with the air drier is set to maintain 50% to 60% humidity in the whole storage facility.
Pricing
The price of storage depends on the size of your yacht. The area required by your boat is calculated by the true length x width of your yacht. More information see price list or contact us directly for more information.
